To help reduce the number of incidents, members of the public are asked to report incidents to any or all of the following agencies.

- LCL Excavation Construction and Demolition Debris Disposal Site
- Construction & Demolitions Debris Only (concrete, brick, untreated wood, siding, ceiling tile, gypsum board, insulation, solid roffing material, glass from doors & windows, metal, wood fiberglass and durable plastic structural material, wiring and incandescent light fixtures that does not contain fluorescent tubing/lighting, toilets, bathtub, wash basins and plumbing fixtures, floor coverings attached to to the building).
