The Restigouche Transfer Station is operated by the Restigouche Regional Service Commission. It is located in the Campbellton Industrial Park (7 Centennial Drive, Campbellton, NB E3N 1S8) near exit 412 off Highway 11.

The hours of operation are Monday to Friday (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM).

Tipping fee for 2024 is $140.00 per ton.

Tipping fee for clean C&D will be $107.00/ton (June to October).

White Goods $5.00 each with freon $40.00

TONNAGE

The Restigouche Transfer Station handles over 16,000 tons of waste per year, and as of this year about 1,000 tons of recyclable materials Solid waste is accepted at the Transfer Station, then garbage is transported to the Red Pine Landfill in Allardville and recyclables are transported to Tracadie for sorting.

Collection: Municipalities are responsible for collecting garbage/recyclables in their respective municipalities and the Department of Environment & Local Government (789-2177) contracts collection for Local service districts.
